Booking

In order to confirm your reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit payment at the time of making your booking. Failure to pay this deposit timeously will result in your reservation being released.

The balance of payment is due at the check in. 

Payments

credit / debit cards: Pay with your credit / debit card we will send you a request of paymnet through Payoneer, our payment system. NB: All card payments are subject to an additional 5% bank fee.                                     

bank transfer: In the case of a direct bank transfer, it is your responsibility to inform and instruct your bank that we must receive the full amount requested on our bank account and that ALL bank charges are your responsibility.

paypal: Pay via PayPal. (NB: All payments made via PayPal are subject to an additional 4.5% fee.)

Cancellation

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel after reservation you will be charged 50% of the total price and If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date you’ll lose the total price of the reservation.
